The Social Workout Log.

LOGR is a free workout log for iPhone. Log your lifts at the gym, post them, and see what your friends and teammates did today, with a new leaderboard every month.

On the App Store as LOGR - Train With Friends, in the US and Canada, with no ads. Built by Division I athletes.

A workout in progress in LOGR: a running clock, sets completed, volume so far, and a table of reps and weight per set with finished sets ticked off.
The LOGR feed: a friend's pull day showing total volume, duration, the exercises, and a photo from the session.

15,710,181 lbs

lifted across 1,283 workouts. Counted live.

Who LOGR is for.

For athletes

Keep every session, routine, PR, and milestone in one place, wherever the training came from.

For teams

Share the work, trade routines, and keep each other going in group and team chats.

For anyone starting out

No plan needed. Follow people whose training you like, save a routine from a post, and learn as you go.

For coaches and creators

Plan the team's training on a Team Calendar that lands on every athlete's own calendar, run the team chat, and share the routines you actually use.

More on LOGR for teams, coaches, college athletes, and training with friends.

Built by two D1 soccer players.

Elias Betancourt plays at Fordham and Cohen Williams plays at Temple. We lift with our teams every week, and everyone's numbers lived in their own notes app. So we built the log we wanted: quick between sets, with the people we train with in it.
