Deleting your account
Last updated: August 16, 2026
You can delete your LOGR account yourself, from inside the app, without emailing anyone or waiting for us.
How to do it
- Open LOGR and go to your Profile tab.
- Open Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your account and its content are removed straight away.
This cannot be undone. There is no waiting period and no grace period, so there is no window in which we can bring an account back. If you only want a break, signing out or making your posts private will do that without destroying anything.
What gets deleted
Deleting is deletion, not deactivation. It removes:
- Your sign-in record, so your email address is released and you can sign up again with it later if you want to.
- Your profile, including your display name, username, bio, sport, and profile photo.
- Every workout, routine, personal record, and streak day.
- Every post and its photos, along with your likes, comments, and follows.
- Your messages, playlists, and notification settings.
- Any registered device, so notifications stop immediately.
What does not get deleted
Two things outlive an account, and it is only fair to be specific:
- Moderation records. If a message of yours was reported, the report and the snapshot of the conversation around it are kept for as long as we need them to handle it. Otherwise a report could be erased by the person it was filed against.
- Conversations other people are still in. If you owned a team, community, or group chat, that conversation stays and passes to its next most senior member rather than being deleted out from under everyone else.
If you cannot get into the app
If you have lost access to your account and cannot reach Settings, email support@getlogr.com from the address the account uses and we will delete it for you. We may ask a question or two to confirm the account is yours before we do, since this is not reversible.
