For a bug, it helps a lot if you include your iPhone model, your iOS version, and what you were doing when it happened.
Common questions
I forgot my password
On the log in screen, tap Forgot password?. We email you a six digit code, you enter it in the app, and you set a new password there. If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder and confirm you used the address you signed up with.
My confirmation code never arrived
Check spam first. Codes expire, so if it has been a while, request a new one from the same screen rather than reusing the old email.
I logged a workout wrong
Open History, find the session, tap the three dots on it and choose Edit Workout. You can fix the title, the notes and every set. Your total volume and your personal records recalculate automatically, so correcting a weight you entered wrong also corrects any record it created.
Remember that weight in LOGR means added weight. A bodyweight pull-up is 0, not your bodyweight.
I trained, but not in the app. Can I keep my streak?
Yes. Tap your streak on your profile. From there you can log a rest day or record that you trained elsewhere, and the same sheet lets you look back over the current run and fix any day in it.
How do I change who can see a post?
Open your own post and tap the visibility chip in the header, or use the dots menu. You can change it as often as you like after posting.
I saved a workout without posting it. Can I post it later?
Yes. In History, open the three dot menu on that session and choose Post to Feed.
How do I report or block someone?
To report a message, press and hold it and choose Report. To block someone, use the menu on their profile. Blocking hides your content from them and theirs from you, and removes any follow in both directions. You can undo it in Settings › Blocked Accounts, which is the only place a blocked account is visible.
I am not getting notifications
Check Settings › Push Notifications in LOGR first, since each type has its own switch and there is a master switch above them. If those are on, check the iOS Settings app under Notifications for LOGR: iOS only asks for permission once, so if it was declined it can only be turned back on there.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings and scroll to the bottom. Deleting removes your profile, workouts, routines, records and posts, and cannot be undone. The account deletion page walks through it step by step and lists exactly what goes.
Someone is behaving badly
Press and hold their message to report it, or block them from their profile. Our community guidelines set out what is not allowed and what we do about it.
